This was another joint exhibition at the Pepper St Art Gallery, Magill. It was one of many exhibitions put on by SALA – South Australian Living Artists – for this year’s SALA festival. If you are interested in learning more about SALA, you can do so through their website, accessed by clicking here.
With over 30 artists contributing to this exhibition, there was a huge crowd at the opening of the exhibition on July 31st. Of the members of my INSPACE group, only Helen Sidoryn and myself submitted paintings to this exhibition. But we were well supported by the other members of the group, Sue Colyer and Hannah Bushaway.
You can view the three pieces I submitted to the exhibition in my Gallery section, and by clicking here.
A special feature of this exhibition was the entry by long-time friend, Dennis Obst, of his sculpturing of a garden seat and table made from recycled steel and timber.

Dennis Obst – with me on the garden seat. The corner of Dennis’ garden table can be seen in the bottom left corner of the picture.
