For this exhibition I attempted something quite different from my usual style. Focussing on the design element of repetition, I chose to use a variety of materials (mostly from my studio cupboard). to construct three-dimensional ‘mini installations’. These were box-framed, to give each work a depth of app. 3 cm. Some had white frames, some had black.
These are the works that resulted, and, to avoid glass reflection, were photographed without the frames. Consequently, the impact of the depth and three-dimensional quality of the works is lost in these photos.
